PAYMENT OF ORDERS
Full payment must be received by us in order to confirm your order. Payments are accepted through paypal on our website or through Credit/debit cards over the phone or in person.

Contents of platters/pots/sides may vary.
DIETARY REQUIREMENTS OR ALLERGIES
If you or any of your guests have any dietary requirements/allergies please state these at the time of booking so we can cater for all needs where possible. Please note, while nuts can be excluded from a platter/pot, the food is not produced in a nut free environment.
REFUNDS ON PLATTERS/POTS
If you cancel your booking more than 30 days before your event, we will refund 100% less the processing fees (paypal charges).
If you cancel your booking 8 to 30 days before your event, we will refund 50% of full payment.
If you cancel less than 7 days before your event, we wont be able to refund the full 100% is non-refundable.
DELIVERY
Our driver will deliver your food at the selected date & time, please ensure that you keep your phone nearby around that time, he might need directions etc.
OUR ELECTRIC POTS
The client is responsible for looking after the Electric Pot supplied with your food, you as the client will be responsible for returning the pot back, washed and in good working condition, BUY THE POT will send easy instructions on how to clean these and where to return.
Failure to return the pot clean and without any damage will result in a charge of up to £100 per POT.
