We can deliver (please note that a charge will apply) at your preferred location, date and time or you can pick up at an agreed time and location.

If you cancel your booking more than 30 days before your event, we will refund 100% less the processing fees (PayPal charges).
If you cancel your booking 8 to 30 days before your event, we will refund 50% of full payment.
If you cancel less than 7 days before your event, the full 100% is non-refundable.

We will send you an electric POT so you and your friends can enjoy your food at the correct temperature. We will send you instructions on how to use those.

Your food can be enjoyed for up to 3 hours and then it will need to be disposed of. We do encourage customers whose celebrations are longer (birthday parties, weddings, christenings & others) to take this into consideration when deciding what time they get their food delivered or picked up.

We will always try. Please advise at the time of booking and we can discuss options and alternatives to ensure we accommodate your requests.

Yes we do, we only use compostable utensils, paper plates, wooden cutlery and napkins are all available for purchase alongside any of our food offerings, to save you on the washing up!

You will need to return the Pots within 72 hours after being handed to you, please note that you will need to clean the insert of the pot and return the pot without any damage at 5 Conway Street, St. Helier in our Street Kitchen Monday to Friday 12.00 to 14.00. Failure to return the pot or return with damage will incur of a charge of up to £100.
